MetRx, Myoplex or AST Nytro Pro

What would you guys prefer out of MetRx, Myoplex or AST Nytro Pro for shakes?

Which is better overall as far as quality for dieting and taste?

You're cutting? Be weary of Maltodextrin in all these, VPX makes a good MRP, but tis expensive. I say make your own.

most meal replacements on the market, as YJ mentioned, will contain maltodextrin as their primary carb source. Not real ideal really, in any diet. Ive actually tried all three, with the myoplex and metrx brands, my two staples, when i purchase mrps. Although i havent used any mrp in half a year, both mixes nice and thick and i would venture to say that taste wise, these are the two best out there. Myoplex comes in more flavors, my favorites being: choc/pb, choc mint, oranage jubilee, and pina colada. As for metrx, the choc and choc/pb are best. The AST doesnt compare in taste, but all three are reputable manufacturers and will provide you with sound quality and protein profile.

I use metrx mrps they are pretty good and dont really taste like crap but I havent tryed the others

i like myoplex but kinda high in carbs for cutting
