just cut out 99% of sugar, bleached flour products like white bread and white rice, eat lean meats. stay away from hydrogenated oils and trans fatty acids. do take in fat but get it from flax oil and natty peanut butter is a good source. just cutting out the sugars and simple carbs will make a dif.

Try doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Also, if you're not doing this already eat 5 meals of day of moderate quantity when composed to 3 big meals. Eating more often will raise your metabolism.
