however i want to hear about what people who have used it think, on the internet there is only hype by people who want to sell it.

I bought it for £30.00 for 90 capsules which last about 2 weeks.

Any adverse effects, anyone had?

what is an eca?

and im in the UK, and the one here doesn't have "keto 7" thingy in, it has "Chromite" instead,

which one do you use? how often? my main excercise is walking,
