Alright I read YJ's In depth Protein Break Down thread at anabolic minds, and its pretty good. tons of info there. I want to make some portein blends at http://www.proteincustomizer.com/. I'm thinking one for post workout w/ whey and egg protein. And then i need another for just general use. I eat a lot of food and my parents r starting to complain about there being no eggs and lunch meat so now i have my own stash of tuna lol. But newaz for my general use i was thinkin either soy and casein or whey and caesin but not sure. any info will help bros thanx.
I would stick to straight whey post workout, where its superior because of its seemingly instant digestion. As for a meal replacement, a whey/casein/egg mix is excellent. You get an abundant amount of amino acids that feed for a significant duration there after. You can also make your own meal replacement shake for bulking or cutting and it costs around $1 a day.... let me know if you want a recipe.
sounds great bro any recipes u wanna give r welcome. So, maybe i'll leave a little bit of food left for my family to eat, well probably not but o well. lol
cool, sounds good bro. how about during wrestling season i don't wanna gain any weight at that time just cuts. I'll want to stay at a set weight class. Also, i'll be doin tons of cardio.
