Alright I read YJ's In depth Protein Break Down thread at anabolic minds, and its pretty good. tons of info there. I want to make some portein blends at http://www.proteincustomizer.com/. I'm thinking one for post workout w/ whey and egg protein. And then i need another for just general use. I eat a lot of food and my parents r starting to complain about there being no eggs and lunch meat so now i have my own stash of tuna
