  • Diet Help Needed ... I am tired of trying to figure this out

Well i have come to a point were i am digusted with protien shakes, so i want to try to do this with real food. How the hell can i do this. I am not cutting nor am i bulking. I am off cycle and will be doing a real cutting cycle in a few months, currently i have added cardio to my workouts and still lift heavy for 8-10 rep range.

I have added the cardio to try to start the fat loss process again, but my diet i am having such a hard time with. Can someone please post what they are doing to help minimize protien shake consumption.

    I am 240 approx. / 18% / 6'2" / 24

Of course as with everyone else here i am trying to keep adding Lean Mass while getting rid of the fat. I really need some advice on this, my ethic to hit the weights is as strong as ever, but my diet is weaking, and i don't want to loose everything i have gained by scewing up on the essential deiting.

    Maybe try something like this:

Breakfast: 12 egg whites, 2/3 cup oatmeal, use salsa on eggs if you want, no sugar on oatmeal use splenda and cinnamon

Meal two: 4oz sirloin steak, 4 oz chicken breast, 5oz plain baked potato

Meal three: 2 cans of low sodium tuna, 4oz sweet potato plain, 4 oz asparagus

Meal four: 8 oz 99% lean ground turkey or chicken, 4oz brown rice or potato

Meal five: 2 cans low sodium tuna, ¼ cup oatmeal

Meal six: 8oz white fish or 8oz chicken or 8oz ground turkey (99% lean), 4 oz asparagus

Pre workout: 1 tablespoon low sodium peanut butter
Post workout: 3 plain rice cakes, and 50 grams of protein as a shake (use a low sugar protein)

You can substitute 8 oz of chicken or a shake for the 12 egg whites

If you're not cutting, then just use this as a guidline...
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
