If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

Id go with a slow digesting (casein protein) will be easier on the stomach also I figure. Low fat cottage cheese is ideal.

Well that depends on the person... I have hard time taking casein at night because it makes me very bloated and it feels like I have just ate a ton of bricks. So for me it's just meat/fish/chicken in the evening, but not too much. Something like 150-200 grams should be ok. But I see lots of people recommending casein so maybe some of you just don't bloat from it so easily.
