question on this site there are likw 100 grams for 20 bucks yada yada. say i buy 100 grams of something and need to take 1 gram a day, i can just measure out 1g and then put it in an empty pill capsule correct? =D

well im just saying ordering the whole stack for 75 dollars seems kind of silly when i can get like 4 times all that for like 50 and put it into pills myself.

Yes. Buying bulk powders saves a shitload of cash. But remember you'll have to cap them someone, buy the caps (which are cheap as hell) and put the labor into it. For us homebrewers, this is no big deal, for others... well they'd rather buy the pre-made prodcut, which is fine.

Depending on what it is you're buying you don't have to cap it, capping can become a pain in the ass if you're doing multiple powders all the time.

I was just about to ask if I can mix it in with some juice or something like creatine....

buying ALC, choline, green tea extract.. etc..

BAC will provide small scoops that you can use to mix it w/whatever. Weighing, measuring and capping is so much diificult than most imagine, as different powders have different densities, static cling to most everything, and is a general pain in the rear.
