    mercury should be a concern....also-a shit load of sodium..250mgs in a serving and 2.5 servings in a can ..im prepping for a show so sodium is a factor

      You misread my post bro. I wrote 4oz a day, not 4 cans a day. That's only 1 and 1/2 small cans a day. The nutrition label reads "serving size - 1 can drained (2.7oz / 76 grams)." My other protein sources are the standard MRPs, chicken etc..

        Man! Forget the tuna! I can't stand the darker stuff and have always prefered Albacore. I'll switch to chicken and protein powder. Thanks for the heads up on the mercury. I had NO FKG IDEA!!!!!
