whats the difference

between creatine monohydrate and creatine anhydrous. is one better than the other are they the same thing just different names?

Anhydrous is finer and mixes more evenly than regular monohydrate.

Basically yes, creatine anhydrous contains slightly more creatine per gram but that's about it.
