I will have three supps on hand and can't decide how I want to run them. Here is the options I have. By the way I'm in the mid 220lbs 5'10'' right now with a body fat low enough I can see my abs somewhat. So I'm guessing I don't need to lose anymore than 10lbs of fat or so. Anyway I'll have dynamic labs 1-test and 4-diol, r-ala, and some ucp-1.
A. run the ucp-1 for 2-3 weeks to get a good jump start on the cutting and then run r-ala at 300mgs ed to add some clean weight. Then hit a the dynamic labs cycle followed by clomid.
B.run the ucp-1 and r-ala at the same time then start the cycle when both are gone.
C.start with the dynamic labs stuff then run the ala with the clomid trying to keep the fat off while maintaing a high calorie intake to prevent fat gain then the ucp-1 after to shed any extra lbs. I might be carrying.
D. Run the r-ala with the dynamic labs stuff. I was probably really leaning away from this one since I seen sledge say that the 1 and 4 together seem to help elimanate fat anyway.
By the way I'm leaing towards choice A. right now but wanted to get some other input or insights on why and which.
