Quick tablespoon dosage

Is one tablespoon equal to 15 grams of dextrose? I don't want to use too much while I'm at the gym and have the runs while squating. Thanks.

The brand I buy reads 1.25 tsp (4g). If you have one, check your label. If not, I'd say that my measurement is a pretty decent guide.
