    I have my dextrose/malto dextrin protien shake , my question, what time window should i take it, I do cardio after workout 3 x a week , Is it ok to take after cardio? or have i missed the optimal time to take pw shake. my workouts last 45 min , and then I like to do cardio 30 -45 min. is it ok to drink meal , after workout then do cardio? thoughts please

    within 30 minutes after your workout and 30 minutes prior is what I've done. after and before are good for you.
