No cheese on the eggs, and cut out the PB post workout.

I'm going to figure out how many cals/grams that is right now.. its pretty much what i've been following.

25 cals x pound of body weight to gain right?

25 x 250 = 6250 cals a day... does that sound like too much? might need more food to hit that amount....

will drop the cheese, natty pb is supposedly good for bulking, YJ would you eat it at some other time during the day? or just not at all?

          Sounds good if you're 350lbs...

Figure your BMR and make it easy on yourself.....

Its great for bulking, but I wouldnt have it post workout, it will slow down the absorbtion of your whey.

Quick guess using head as calc. think it's 5,000 calories.

It takes determination to eat that clean for several weeks in a row, always impressive.

            Good Luck

believe u me, drinking will be fun this weekend =)

honestly this diet i have no problem with.. most the food takes under 10 mins to prep and everything tastes the same to me these days. glad to hear its cleaner than i thought... going top try and figure out bmr(base metabolic rate?) right now doing research but having trouble as the search tool just wants to bring up "BMR" in threads... not how to figure it out lol

If you're bulking, you want to eat about 4600 a day...

ok based on what ive been eating it breaks down like this

                    3815 cals/85 fat/ 249 carbs/424 protein

so i need to add about 800 more cals to my diet...i would say protein(cant go wrong although 1.5x250 is 375 so i seem good there..), but its prolly both carbs and fats i need to add? does upping my fats to about 100-120 sound better? or should i just fill more cals with carbs?

thanks SOO much for this help.. i really appreciate it...

one quick question is it the "norm" to add/subtract 300 cals from your BMR if your bulking/cutting?

Add healthy fats and you're set.... 9 cals per gram so it wont be hard to make up the difference... you can add a little more protein if you'd like or low GI carbs..
