i have been on a keto diet for about 2 months my BF is down to 10% that was my goal. i want to come out of keto now and eat a regular diet. does coming out of keto increase insulin sensitivity. does every time you eat simple carbs does it put a huge spike in insulin. what is a good baseline diet to stick to and how long should you stay on it. i can find all sorts of info on getting into keto but nothing on getting out.
