if I make my shake the night before

If I put whey,creatine,and glutamine in a shake and put in the fridge and drink it the next day will everything be fine over night?I mean will it still be as potent?thanks

there wont be a prob with your proteinquality the day after, but your creatine should be taken immediately! so, dont mix your creatine the day before!
