I need a diet to help me cut some pounds and body fat, I had good losses in weight in my first two weeks of diet ,but the last two weeks I only lost like 3 puounds.
I am 6'1", 228lbs, 19.9% body fat
If you need any more info let me know.
I train 4 days a week:
chest/shoulders
back/calves
arms
legs
and usually do abs twice a week
I do cardio 5 times a week which varies in types:
HIIT
low intensity
I am thinking of doing all HIIT seven times per week to help cut body fat. What do you guys think?
I eat:
8AM
4 egg whits/2 whole eggs
2 packets of apple cinnamon oatmeal
12AM after workout
10 oz chicken breast or 2 cans of tuna
brown rice or a big salad
banana or apple
5PM-6PM
10-12 oz. steak, chicken or turkey
whole wheat pasta
mixed veges or broccoli or a salad with low fat dressing
I usually drink 1 gallon of water a day also.
I was thinking of taking L-carnitine in the morning with a cup of coffee before my HIIT cardio 7 times a week. Good idea or bad idea?
Also should I get some type of shake? I have hardly any money to spend on anything but food cause I am college paying for everything myself, but I could probably afford some shakes.
I was doing some research and saw tons of good posts about dieting from PROLANGTUM. If you could hook me up with a good program to follow I will follow it to a "T". I would really appreciate any help you can give me.
Thanks
