i have a two-year old bottle of andro pills, with the top unscrewed, and i was wondering if they are still good, or do they expire after a period of time?

How old is it? And does it have clumps?

I don't know about clumps yet cuz I haven't opened the new bottles yet, but it does say it expired back in May 2001.

I completely forgot about this stashed away stuff when I was too busy with school.

So what's the verdict? No clumps is supposed to be good? I also have some in those gel cap form. Both are Pro Lab.

It was kept closed in the house. Few were in my room and the other in the food closet.

I would say its probably alright, although over a year old, but I wouldnt wait any longer to use it.

                  alright... good call

But one question though... How would I use this effectively w/o any use of sugars to facilitate transport since I'm trying out this Atkins dieting?

take 10-15 grams of creatine everyday for a week, then take 5g every day then on out

I was asking how to use it w/o the use of sugars (i.e. grape juice) since they provide a good effective method of carrying it into the muscle, not the general use of creatine itself because I already know that.

This diet requires very if none sugar consumption at all. Liver needs to be emptied out of glycogen.

Previously, I loaded up around 15-20 grams for the week and then maintenance at 10g per day. I don't see a point in maintenance if you're only going to do it 5g/day because the body makes 5g per day on it's own from meat sources and when it receives an outside source of creatine it naturally stops production on it's own, hence the extra 5g.
