  • How to start?

    I need to know how to start dieting. I'm trying to figure out what to get for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I tried this today but not sure if that is the right way.

    breakfast - 2 coffee (I know this is very wrong *lol*)
    lunch - Soy Milk ( I think I shouldn't try this too)
    before gym - 2 banana + 1mg L-carnitine
    after gym - BCAA's
    dinner - nothing
    before sleep - BCAA's

    I felt tired today. Must be the food. I need some guru's here to help me what to eat. I don't know how to eat right.
