    I need help with Nutrition,


    as in time lines, and suggestions for caloric needs to reach goals, ill be going to days (7 am-3 pm)in a month or so but need toget serious, if possible help on time lines for eating ,
    I have been soaking up this baord since I found it and am learning alot , thank yj , and prolangtum and others.any help is appreciated and thanked

    p.s any one use any type of software proggies to trac Nutrition?
