1 can of tuna with flax seed oil and some Balsamic vinegar. Not cheap shit either, I spend a little more money and get a nice bottle of the vinegar. Sometimes I'll throw in some raw macadamian nuts for texture. I eat that twice a day for my meals that require mostly fat and protiens. 1 can is like 13g protien/ serving and there is 5 servings in the can, thats 65 g protien. I think the Balsamic vin has 2 g. carbs though. -crombie09

i still cant do salmon but tuna is still good.
