  • BCAA's & L-Carnitine

I'm taking this two thing, BCAA's by MLO and L-Carnitine by Fitpro. It is good enough plus 2 hours daily that I spent on gym?
    Thanks.

BCAA's and L-Carnitine are good supplements. Mainly used for recovery and cutting. 2 hours a day in the gym is alot. Guess if you like it and it is working for you then that's good. For most folks they would hit a wall of overtraining and then have diminishing returns.

    What are your goals?

Working out 2 hours a day in gym seems pretty hardcore right ? My friend said that too. Well, I'm trying my best to shed of more fat on my body. Could see the results that my chest, my tricep and bicep, my legs are toning up but I don't really see the effects on my tummy. Need advices on it too. Need to shed at least 10Kg in two months time. Not sure if I could get that result with it. It's a supplement. Thanks for your time.

i saw no improvement in fat loss with l-carnitine but i do take bcaa i feel it spares muscle catabolism in heavy intense training. but i wouldnt pust my workouts past 1 hr and 15minutes. otherwise you will start burning muscle. 2hr WOs may work for ya but it sure kills me. good luck bro

Hmm. The instructor asked me to take L-Carnitine, 30 min, before going for the workout. Could really see the sweat coming out like water during the workout. He asked me to do more cardio workout when it's in my body to fully maximise the effect of L-Carnitine. But I do have one question, for example if I take it before I go to sleep, does it work just like when I workout ?
