    Hi YellowJacket

    Below is my typical eating and training routine. i wonder if you can see if it needs tweaking. i am 5'4 170lbs. with about 15%.
    i am looking to get stronger( gain lean mass).

    Monday-Friday(Sat. & Sun. off)
    7:30am 4 free form aminos. 4 muscle synergy.

    8:00am Ultra(slow) protein shake (2 scoops) with 16 oz.
    skim milk. oatmeal with blueberries and 1 banana.
    2 multivitamins. 2 udo's choice(fats)

    10:30am Muscle(fast whey) provider protein shake(2 scoops)
    with 16oz skim milk and 1 banana. 4 liver tabs

    1:00pm fresh roasted turkey( or chicken, tuna,1lb fat free
    cottage cheese) on whole wheat with mustard.
    1 apple and a dannon fat free yogurt. 4 liver tabs.
    2 udo's choice (fats).

    3:30pm Muscle( fast whey) provider(2 sccops in 16 oz.water).

    4:30pm 8 free form aminos. 8 muscle synergy(hmb, creatine
    l-arg., ltyro). 15grams Glutacene

    5:00pm train 1 body part per day intensely for about 50
    minutes.

    6:00pm immediately take 8 more ffaa's. 4 synergy's. 15grams
    of Glutacene.

    6:30pm fast whey(2 scoops) in 16oz.water

    7:30pm real food dinner(chicken,salmon) with salad and
    veggies. 4 liver tabs. 2 multivitamins. 2 udo's choice.

    10:30pm 4 free form aminos. sleep.

    What real world products, if any, are there that would help my body produce more growth hormone(anabolic only. no streroids).
    for example, i had read in a muscle mag that a combo of alpha gpc, mukula pruriens and one more product i can't remember would help stimulute the body's own production.
    basically, what would you add to this picture i've painted to round out my nutrition and help me grow and get stronger.

    Also, what hour should i take the green tea. if i take the capsules what is the ratio of polynols and catechins i should look for in a good product. i want to get stronger and lose some bf too.

    Do you do any morning cardio? I see you have your supplements down pat, as far as timing is effectiveness, but breakfast is the most important meal of your day. So as soon as you wake up, have breakfast so you can feed your body some quality protein since you have been fasting for 8 hours or ever how long you sleep. If you cant have a decent breakfast, at least have a protein shake of some sort. But it seems you have time, so I would have some eggs, because their BV is high and they have a good amino and protein content. Have 6 egg whites and 1 or 2 whole eggs. Oatmeal is good, but make sure it isnt packaged and full of sugar, rolled oats are ideal. A protein shake is fine as well as some fruit. If your protein shake contains a good amount of sugar 10+ grams, skip the fruit. Stay with the multi's and flax oil.

    AS I read down through this diet, I see you re having a lot of protein shakes and not a lot of whole foods. Shakes can and iwll never replace whole foods. For this meal, have some fresh vegetables and a can or 2 of tuna. There's a good amount of simple tuna recipes out there (on this board) and other recipes for a quick, quality meal. I have 1 1/2 cans of tuna (warmed) in a pita bread with flax oil. Its quick, cheap and has a very good macronutrient breakdown.

    You eat a pound of cottage cheese?? Turkey, chicken or tuna is fine, but I dont see any vegetables in your diet. Green vegetables are essential. Drop the yogurt, its fat free but contains a lot of simple carbs. Drop the apple, fructose is a simple carbohydrate. Watch the sodium content in your mustard, if its high, drop it as well. You're going to have to sacrifice a lot if you want to lean out.

    3:30pm Muscle( fast whey) provider(2 sccops in 16 oz.water).
    Unless this is post workout, which I dont think it is, you'll have to come up with something better. Whey is in and out of the system in roughly 45 minutes, so this isnt a good meal replacement. This would be a good time for a meal replacement shake. Try 15oz of milk, 2 scoops natural peanut butter, flax oil and some cottage cheese. It tastes very good and will fill you up.

    6:00pm immediately take 8 more ffaa's. 4 synergy's. 15grams of Glutacene.
    Have your protein shake and supplements here. A 50/50 mix of dextrose and maltodextrin if ideal here in your shake.

    7:30pm real food dinner(chicken,salmon) with salad and veggies. 4 liver tabs. 2 multivitamins. 2 udo's choice.
    VEGETABLES! You dont need 2 more multi's here also. Remember liver tabs contain a decent amount of vitamins, between this and multis and food, you may be getting too many fat soluble vitamins.

    10:30pm 4 free form aminos. sleep.
    This is a very important meal. You need slow digesting proteins to last your through the night, while having as little carbs as possible. Once again, cottage cheese is ideal here.

    You seem to be relying on supplements a bit too much. Supplements make up maybe 10% of the equation. Concentrate on your diet and training, and then worry about your supplements. You can use all the supplements in the world, but if your diet or training is off, you wont get anywhere.

    Also, what hour should i take the green tea. if i take the capsules what is the ratio of polynols and catechins i should look for in a good product. i want to get stronger and lose some bf too.

    Getting stronger and leaning out is difficult. You have to make up your mind if you want to bulk or cut. Your diet will have to be tailored around your goals.

    Do you plan to use green tea or green tea extract?
