If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

you dont know how much protien you should consume, and you are going to take steroids?(yes 1-test is a steroid!) You better do some research bro, and get serious about diet first, or you just wasting money.
thanks for the advice pigment but iv been lifting for a long time and had a " serious diet " for even longer. Just because eat enough protein in my diet to not need anymore means i shouldnt use a supp?
I would invest in a whey protein supplement due to its fast absorbtion which is ideal post workout. Tuna isnt nearly as effective for quick repair purposes.
