  • Post Workout Carbs

Instead of getting creatine with sugar and paying a shit load, I imagine most people just get the micronized creapure like I do. Now, when making a post work out drink, we still need some form of carbs. Even though I"m on a low carb diet, I figure I should get somewhere between 30-50g carbs in my post workout drink. So here is my questions, which sugars are good to consume after the workout (dextrose, fructose, etc...). Powerade and gatorade (in powder form both have dextrose and sucrose as the main incredients. Is it better to do a powerade type drink, or some 100% natural fruit juice such as apple or orange? Thanks guys.
Everything I say or do is hypothetical. I do not nor will I ever use steroids.

BTW, I know dextrose is better for your muscles after a work out. Powerade has more dextrose than sucrose. Gatorade is the other way around.
