    what must I eat post workout in order to carb-up? and how much?

    25 grams of dextrose and 25 grams of maltodextrin in your post workout shake.

      I was told 80 grams of pure dextrose several times.

          It isnt a generak guideline, you have to take weight, bf%, goals etc into the equation. Whoever threw out a blanket guideline of 80g of dextrose is just repeating what they heard from others.
          I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

            That was taking into acount my weight and bf. That was at 190 pounds.

              Well, i would say that 75-100g is plenty if bulking. 50g os fine if maintaining. I wouldnt go much lower than 35g. if cutting.
