  • Questions For Yellow Jacket

    hi

i am sorry to read about no2 and glutamine since i spent some money on the stuff. i am going to stop the no2. with regards to glutamine, i was taking products called nitromine and glutacene by prd and developed by dr. eric serrano and dr. joseph rossi.
i don't know if you know about them or their products( i didn't notice any threads). i was taking these to stay in positive nitrogen balance. these products all get great writeups in **** everson's muscle planetarium magazine.
i also take protein, aminos, muscle synergy(hmb, creatine, glutamine) and liver tabs by beverly nutrition.
i wonder if you feel they're reputable and good quality products.

basically, i get trained 5 days a week( 1 part a day). i want to put on lean muscle and lose some fat around the gut. i am 5'4 and 170lbs with i'd estimate 15% body fat. i am worried about steroids and was looking for something anabolic without being androgenic that really works to supplement my 5 meals a day and work outs. any ideas would be appreciated.

    thank you

Well Serrano writes for T-Mag so careful taking his advice, he's a bit biased. As for your products, Nitromine its basically a tweaked free form amino acid product and Im not sure what you paid for it, but the price tag is a bit steep. I dont think its better than any other free form amino acid product on the market. FFAA products are great, but certainly not essential. Serrano promised lean muscle gains while losing fat, wow, what a dream that would be. Unless you have perfect thermodynamics, thats not going to happen. Sure FFAA's help with nitrogen retention, but I dont see anything special about this one.

As far as Glutacene, its just a glutamine/BCAA mix. If you're going to buy one of these products, you wouldnt need both. You know my feelings on glutamine, I think its worthless and again BCAA's are important but not essential.

I would skip on both these products personally. You have liver tabs, which is a good selection. I would add flax oil, some green tea extract and some malto./dextrose post workout. These are fancy supplements that really do nothing more than empty your wallet. You have your BCAAs and Synergy, thats all the glutamine ans BCAAs you should need. The timing of the supplements will determine how effective they are.

Everything here looks good, there are plenty of legal, beneficial supplements on the market that can give you an edge in the weight room and in front of the mirror without steroids. Once you decide whether you want to bulk or cut up, determines what supplements you need. But remember, supplements are only about 10% of the equation, your diet and training and sleep are far more important. Best of luck.

See now that is why this board is good. It is known that YJ knows his supplement shit, so this Johnny kid with one post on the board, has done some reading here to know that YJ is a good guy to ask, then he asks his questions, YJ reads and then replies.

I mean DAMN!!! Good job YJ
