    I doubt it would matter, unless its fairly close to the time you train, then the liquids would be a better option. So if you train anytime close to the second mean (whole foods) then you could swap them around.

        You're fine then, make sure you have a good pre workout meal and liquids and do what ya gotta do.

          This is my own creation. It took my years of trial and error. You can alter it for cutting or bulking, obviously the bulking one tastes better. I use this for off-season, and then change it up for pre-contest. It is ideal for people that do not have the time in the morning to cook, or can not stand the taste of plain oatmeal and egg whites such as myself. I call it the Super Sloppy Omlette Shake, make sure if you pass it on you give credit where credit is due. It actually tastes good!:

          Off-Season:

          8 oz pasteurized egg whites (pure egg whites-not egg beaters)
          1 cup dry oatmeal (1 minute fast cook type)
          1 scoop vanilla isopure (o carbs)
          1 TBLS Flax seed oil
          3 Tbls Honey
          Throw it in the blender on shred/blend for about 20-30 seconds

          Totals = 60 grams Pro / 110 grams carbs / 20 grams fat

          Pe-Contest
          Same, except leave out the honey and the flax seed oil
          Add 2 Tbls Atkins sugar free syrup

          Totals = 60 grams protein / 55 grams carbs / 6 grams fat

          It may take you about 1 week for your body to start to be able to digest the dry oats, but after that you can get your egg whites and oatmeal down the hatch in less than 1 minute. I am currently drinking this 3 times per day pre-contest and it makes dieting 500% easier.

          Hope that helps
