Hey guys, im not exactly a small guy but im not as big as ide like to be im only 18 years old and heres a small break down of my nutrtion:
i take prolab purewhey 3 times a day
i take 1tblspoon of udos oil(3,6,9efa) twice daily
10 g glutamine a day
and i eat 6-7 times a day
my quetion is....is it alright to just have set times to eat then eat anything(within reason) as long as it has a source of protien and carbs. For example if im in a hurry is it alrigth to have a bagel(whole grain wich has about 52 g carbs, 11 g protien and some cold meats and milk and an apple as a meal or should cold meats no really be counted.?
