    Anyone know of some good links for online ordering (good prices, etc.). Also, any opinions on how overrated this product might be? I've read a few essays on benefits/comparison to regular ALA, but I'd like to hear a few instances of personal exp.

    the two i prefer are 1fast's R-ala caps and syntrax R. Both very good prices. The syntrax product is pretty new so it wont have too much feedback as of yet, but 1fast's has gotten some good reviews. Sage

      everything gets good reviews for the first few years. then what??? 10 yrs ago boron was supposed to get you big as hell.. some of you may have not heard that before...
