  • Who wants to be my diet planner?

    Ok I know alot of you vets out there enjoy giving personalized treatment to us newbs... so I am interviewing for a vet to plan out my diet. I promise to follow it to the T.... any takers?

    This is just out of frustration.... I know I should research... but shit I have... everyday for the last 3 months and tried so many different things.... with little success, well not true I think I have gotten stronger. Thx :p

        Aww thanks guys im gonna cry. YJ can help on the supps end, and Id hit up Chucka when off cycle, bro has a great body for a natty.

            930AM Detour 1 Multivitamin
            12PM 1 Chicken Breast 1/2 cup rice 1/2 Sweet Potato
            230PM 1 Chicken Breast 1/2 cup rice 1/2 Sweet Potato
            5PM 1 Chicken Breast 1/2 cup rice 1/2 Sweet Potato
            7PM Detour & a pickle

            T, Wed, Sat, Sun

            6am- 40 Min Cardio
            9am- 5 Scrambled Eggs 5 Turkey Sausage
            12pm- Salad w/ Chicken,walnuts,feta,cucumbers,Bluecheese dressing
            3pm- Protein Shake & Coffee
            5:30pm- 1/2 cup cashews
            7pm- Chicken Breast and 1 Turkey Hotdog & Pickle.

              Your day off doesnt look bad. First on your workotu days, you need something in your system in the way of carbs, you are glycogen depleted, you burning muscle. Also, no more slin.

              445AM-25g of whey, 25g malodextrin(1fast400.com)
              5AM- Workout
              6AM-50g whey isolate 50g malodextrin
              7AM- 3 whole eggs 6 whites 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 TB Natty PB
              930AM 40g whey w/ 1 TB flax
              12PM 8oz chicken breast Large Salad with 2TB light dressing
              230PM 8oz Chicken Breast, cup of broccoli and 1/2 TB Flax
              5PM 8 oz eye of round steak Large Salad with FF dressing
              7PM 50 g whey Casein Mix 1 TB Natty PB
              I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
              I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

                    I like it Pro.... on workout days, Id have some oatmeal before my workout, 1/2 cup cooked and maybe a glass of orange juice for added cortisol suppression, but great work brother..

                      The only reason i recomended a shake is because i dont know how early he wakes up. I pesonally need a good 1 1/2 hours after eating before i can work out. Oatmeal would be a better choice.
