  • Cutting on Clen w/o losing muscle mass?

    Any reccomend a proper diet for cutting on clen...everytime I've used it in the past I've lose all my muscle as well...I just want to lose the fat this time. Thanks.

      Figure your basal metabolic and remember clen will speed that up. Make sure you're taking in 1.5+ grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. A BCAA supplement would help considerably as well as the type of cardio you're doing.

        Running 30 mins in the morning every day....would that be overkill??

          and BCAAs... i have glutamine... but damn i think i take like 3 pills a day... not 20-30 grams worth lol.... no wonder people say its so expensive...that would be like 60 pills a day

            What type of cardio? HIIT style or just running?

              Just hitting the treadmill for 30 minutes at 6.5-7.0 Comes out to like 3.5 miles or so...

                Just keep your protein high, make sure you're taking some type of pre-bed protein and keep an eye on your strength in the gym.

                      Glutamine is not all that bad or expensive if you buy it in powder form....
