OLIVE OIL AND CANOLA ARE GOOD ESSENTIAL FATS, BUT THEY ARE NOT BALANCED IN OMEGA FATTY ACIDS. I LIKE UDO'S CHOICE WHICH IS A BLEND OF VARIOUS OILS. OR YOU CAN JUST USE FLAX AND OLIVE OIL TO KEEP THE OMEGA 3, 6,9'S BALANCED. THAN AGAIN MOST PEOPLE WON'T SEE TOO MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE AS LONG AS THEY ARE GETTING A DECENT AMOUNT OF ESSENTIAL FATS

i would go with olive over canola. better fatty acid profile if i remember correctly. flax is also a great choice, but not good to cook with, and i personally dont like it for salad dressing.

i use olive oil in my tuna and udos choice in my protein shake in the morning. 1 serving of each.

someone had posted something on fitness board about how canola is not that great but the board went down before i could read it. i dont know where they got it from.
Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?
