  • Grams of protein?

    I am wondering how many grams of protein i should be consuming daily. I am on my 3rd day of test/EQ/winny. I weigh 175, 5'11, 22, 2nd cycle, about 8-9%bf. My goal is to put on 8-10 pounds of muscle but stay under 8% bf. I want to make sure i am eating enough protein but not too much, as i do not want to lose tone. My diet consists mainly of chicken breast, salmon/fish, steaks, rice, and fruit for snacks.

    It doesnt work like that. You cant eat a certain amount of protein to gain, but not lose your 'tone'. If you're looking ot gain 10lbs, then you better be eating around 315 or so grams of protein.

      yep, id shoot for 300-350

          usualy just double your weight so about 350...like everyone else said.
