    finally turned my keto stick pink. damn that sucked i felt sluggish and lightheaded all day and it took 4 days of less than 20 carbs. i hope its worth it. any easy snacks i could carry to work with little or no carbs?

    if your not taking ala that could be why it took so long. dont know if you go over to MM much, but theres a ckd forum there with a sticky on good foods to eat on keto diets.

      jello, cheese, certain brands of cashews or peanuts (have 12 carbs per pack----the kind you pick up at quick markets), cystal light for diversity and to kill the keto taste, alot of chewing gum.



      and my least favorite.........pork rinds !!!!!! God, how I hate pork rinds but they have zero carbs !!!!


      eat salt if you feel lethagic.........brings up the blood pressure.

        when im on i try to go zero carbs. maybe sneak a little in every once and a while for taste. it just assures me im getting in keto. SUGAR FREE jello is an awsome treat!! definately my favorite. also chicken dogs w/0 carbs and 9g protein each

            it's supposed to be 500mg a day until you get in ketosis, then dont take any till carb up. then 3g's a day on carb up.

              Sugar free jello with whipped cream... Also I make my own chocloate icream. On an empty jello cup put the chocolate whipped cream (make it like a cone) then put it in the freezer for 15 mins. Not like the real deal but tastes good and at about 5g carbs can't beat.
