Bro, keep it simple. 5-6 grams ED after training, I mix it in my protein shake. If you don't train that day just sometime during the day. Creatine is about saturation over time. You take it once you get almost nothing. Take is daily for a month and you will get the benefits. Consitency is the most important thing. Just take it daily.
