I've seen great results with Optimum 100% Whey. At $46 for 10 pounds at muscleshoppe.com, it's hard to beat.

    -Sub.

That's what I'm sayin! I consume to much of this crap to spend 40 bucks on a 2 lb. tub!
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

v12 creatine by sann nutrition . this shit will make you so pump . i only take one serving of it a day off the hook. matrix cinnamon oatmeal is a good protein with a good source of carbs. isopure has been a good product for me having about 5 grms of glutamine with 50 grms of protein. goes down easy.

              Ive tried several protein brands:

I liked the GNC Whey protein the most.

              Iso Pure

              Met-rx

              Vitamin World Brand Protein

              Nitro-Tech

The creatine I liked the most was Weider one, but havent had it in a long time.

                Hey Juice is Loose:
I've thought about trying the GNC brand of protein but have always declined because I thought it might not taste very well. What flavor(s) are best? BTW, I've heard that their products undergo rigorous quality assurance tests. Thoughts?

The one I bought was the Chocolate Flavored one. Im not sure if they had this Strawberry flavored one and Vanilla. I pretty much liked it bro, about quality I dont know, I felt great when I took it. I bought the big can with 80 servings I think which lasted me a month or so, 2 scoops a day. I liked it.

Thanks bro. It's hard to beat the "buy one, get half off the next" deal that GNC has.
