Flax seeds

Hey what do you guys think about using Flax Seeds? I just picked up like 2.3lbs. from Whole Foods for $3! One of my buddies does this instead of buying the oil which is expensive. I told him I'd ask the "pros" at FG to check. Thanks-crombie09

you need to crush them or they will pass right through unabsorbed. Get a coffee grinder.

Thats why oil is much easier and much easier to digest. Oil is very inexpensive IMO.
