Wondering if Sugar Alcohols are the same as Glycerin? I bought these damn sugar free Jelly beans... Man, there the shit! They have like 22 carbs and 19 Sugar alcohols... These dont have an effect on Blood sugar levels do they?

the answer to your question from what I have read is, yes.
It is very interesting - my wife was having alot of headaches a while back. It occured to me that it was after she had artificial sweeteners that they occured. Anyway she stopped drinking stuff with arificial sweetners - no headaches. Does anyone else have this kind of experience. Artificial sweeteners have no immediate effect on me - but after doing some research on the net about them - it's enough to make you think, that's for sure.

hmmm good read Klash.... So they DO have an impact, similar to sugar, on blood sugar level. Maybe i'll just stay away, the laxative effect is bad enough as it is!
