which one converts more

I was just wondering if anybody knew if 4-AD would convert into estrogen worst than injected test? Like taking 500 mg. 4-AD a day compared to taking like 250 mg every 5 days of sustanon. Which would convert more to estrogen?

does anybody know the answer to this? I just wanted to know so I could decide if I want to take 4-AD or maybe do some real shit, like test enanthate or cypionate, or maybe sustanon. but I would rather take the one the converts least to estrogen.
