cycle for thoes who want to know/ bf% coming this week(going to be high)
1-4 d-bol 50mg ed
1-10 test eth 750mg wk
1-16 eq 400mg wk
10-16 winny 50mg ed
10-16 prop 50mg ed
may throw t-3 in there wk 10-16
Ok curently on wk 6 (220lbs) and made some great gains. Im up about 15lbs and looking bigger(so everyone says)
Well i feal blocky and i know i need to drop atleast 30lbs of fat and need to know how to do it while on my cycle. I figured that i better start now at wk 6 than rather wait till wk 10. I need to know what calories i should be getting to drop that weight(work out 5 days a week) and how much protein i should get so i can keep making gains while droping bf %. Im totally lost on how to do this while on cycle or if its even possiable to do on cycle(has to be). Look at my stats below in my sign to see where i started at. Any help would be great. Im guessing you would like to know my diet. Its the usual protein shake,oatmeal,cottage cheese,chicken,tuna deal. I totaly dont drink soda or ice tea any more wich saves major cal's. I know my portion sizes are too big so i have to cut them down to start with.
