1-2 times a week. My wife has found that she can actually make tasty food with one. Also fast and easy. I like cooking brown rice with mine. Perfect every time.

Now I'm even more excited to get this! I want to start meal prepping and I think this will help make it easier. Plus I hear you can make great cheesecakes

i hardly use mine. when i do beans or roasts. i know it does alot more but i have a steamer and rice cooker i am used too.. i do grill and or smoke meat every week tho.
worth having in the kitchen arsenal
