I 'm going to start my DNP cycle, but I really would like more opinions on whether the keto diet or 50/35/15 is the best. I know there are differing opinions, but would like to know more. Thanks!!!

i did keto for a while and it works for sure. lots of people are getting good results from it. you just have to be determined. it's also not as hard as it looks. im not a big DNP fan myself (never done it), but IMO, just cutting out 500 cals a day and upping your cardio will yeild great results over the course of a couple weeks. that's what im doing now and it's much easier on the mind and it works. just have to be a little more patient.
