when in a cutting phase should you still drink the post protein carb shake.BF is19% want to get it way down.currently i down a 60 gram protein shake with 120grams of dextrose after workout and cardio plus ALA SUPPLEMENT does that sound right .just getting started???????PLEASE HELP. this is pretty much all the carbs i have for the day except for vegetables. that shake taste awesome.

On my cutting diet. I had whey & dextrose too, post-workout, almost same ratio, but not as much, I was 45 & 100. Plus I also had carbs in my second post-workout meal 1 hour later. IMO you'll be fine.
thanks last time i didnt hve carbs excepti vegetables i tryed to keep my carbs under 50 everyday lost weight but it was mostly muscle .thanks for your help .

i am 280 at 19% i came down from 400 lbs 2 years ago.goal 225 10% bodyfat.how long you think that can take becausei currently am clean of AS and cant find any so is it possible within 6 more months.thanks
