    Was reading on t-mag about the Anabolic Diet... basically it involves 35% protein, 5% carbs, 60% fats in your diet.. the goal is too get enough protein to build muscle and enough fats to shock your body into processing them quickly...weekends involve carbing up on anything pizza, beer, cheap sluts(lol as tmag puts it).     i was wondering if i could get some opinions on this diet/experience from someone who has tried it. I will be on the maintainace part...hoping to gain some lbm....

    Try it! Fuck, i dont think it would work for me but, and this is important, in this game not everything works the same for everyone.
    But i aint trying it. Unless i decide i want to be a fatass.

      oh yeah, and maintenance is just that maintenance. If you want to build muscle then you need to be in an anabolic environment. Either that or take a lot of drugs.

        Whats the goal here? To bulk? or Gain? No way could I gain off 5% of my diet being carbs. This is like Bodyopus, a diet based around fat. I dont like it, but hey, to each his own.

              I do well with fairly high fats (150-200g) but holy hell 60%?
              I dont like the diets T-mag throws out ther, the whole food combining crap with 3 protein/carb and 3 protein/fat meals doesnt sound all that great. I guess dont knock it till you try it though right? Try it out, you never know, each persons body is different. Maybe it will work for you.
