Was reading on t-mag about the Anabolic Diet... basically it involves 35% protein, 5% carbs, 60% fats in your diet.. the goal is too get enough protein to build muscle and enough fats to shock your body into processing them quickly...weekends involve carbing up on anything pizza, beer, cheap sluts(lol as tmag puts it).
