I've never really been in to pork but one thing I've found since I've moved to Europe is that they rarely if ever eat turkey or beef and majority of them meat they eat here in the Netherlands atleast is chicken or pork or sausage..for cutting theirs fish and chicken and all that butnjust wondered if anyone been a big pork eater...and terms of fats to proteins is it worth it? Or should I go out of my way to find some steak and just keep it chicken and beef?...

there are some really good lean cuts of pork. never pass up some good ribs.. haha. i know you could find a way to work with the pork if thats what you have where your at.. alot of countrys dont eat nearly as much beef as us in the US do . i would find whats local , priced well, and workable and enjoy.

Bro roast a pork tenderloin with veggies. it is DELICIOUS and low fat. Another option is pork sirloin chops. I grill them, it is a family fav here. I do not fear the fat anymore myself and even eat bacon and pork shoulder (BBQ) which is high in fat without gaining fat. It is sugar and carbs that make me fat I have found. (But consume the fat meat sparingly)
I got burned out on chicken and now mix it up with the pork.
