Also, what would you like to see in an
    all-in-one support supp. (profile)

    (Areas of concern)
    auto Immune support
    Cholesterol
    Heart health/bp
    Liver
    Kidneys

I want this to be a serious convo.
Pricing, included. what are you willing to pay, what is to high? Hiw many servings minimum.
    Etc ..

is there such a thing as an all in one? maybe multi vitamin .. i used to be a fan of ALIVE by natures way. seemed to give a boost of energy in the mornings but havent gave it a go in a few years.. controlled lab puts out a good one but cant remember the name off hand.

before vitacost sold out to kroger i was a fan of there line of vitamins but quality has gone down hill now. just my opinion tho.

There are some good all in one supps out there.
They cover a good range but not everything.

Are you referring to an all in one On Cycle Support product or general supplements/vitamins?

Yes. Just seeing what everyone looks for. Most have some of the same ingredients, then they vary a little. So, I was asking what are some things that you wanna see or would include in an all in one support supp if you could.

I've been trying all kinds of multi's and I'm still looking. right now I'm trying Power Pak by Pure Nutrition, it has aminos, vitamins, omega 3, antioxidants, fruit/vegetable/herb blend. Seems to be allright so far. What I don't like are the artificial colored ones or brands that have funky ingredients (like Ox Bile ?) Yuk ! I liked Healthy n' Fits pak but folks say it has too much Iron ? I like the "Packs" that have a lil of everything. but it's hard to find the perfect one for me.

As a general rule I don't trust or by all in one products. Except a multi vitamin but then I always add additional vitamins, such as additional vitamin D, a b complex and some additional vitamins I might be forgetting. As far as supplements besides vitamins. Most all in ones either I don't trust it has what it says on the label or the amounts of the different ingredients are not sufficient last they are just too expensive for me. Take for example TUDCA, the all in one's that have it inside don't usually have enough of it inside and the price is crazy (for me). The volume of supplements I take just don't allow for paying GNC type prices.

Sounds good but a lot of times an all in one supp does not work well as different compounds may counteract one another or they are woefully underdosed. i assume that is why it has not really been done with success. Although! if there was one I trusted I would be game to try it. Spend a little now to save my health later
