Is he on this board? Just being curious how is he your "friend" I'd love to hear his training/diet habits. Didn't he win national collegiate last year ?

LMG-no he is not on this board. he is my workout partner from time to time, and i have been helping him for his shows for over a year now. yes- he won the collegiate over all last year. he has a string of 5 overall titles in his last 5 shows dateing back to may of 2002. the funny thing is all the shows were in different states!! he is getting ready for the USA, which is a huge step!! hopeing to crack the top 5 his first time out at the ripe old age of 23-LOL

Definitely on his way to turn pro. He ought to hit both big shows in the same year. National and USA's the more he gets his name out there, the faster he'll turn pro.

believe me, we have thought about it. he will need to be in the 215-220 range to do real damage i believe. at the jr usa we pulled him down to 198, but will be 210ish at the usa. so he needs some quality growth time soon!!
