        Ya - I have been working a shit load of OT the last month and keepin' at it while staying on my routine - so Internet time is limited. But I'll try and stop by more... probably more on the weekends than anything...

                Really? Cardio? Will that do it - shit, and I have been thinkin' sittin around with a 12 pack of Killians and a pair of scissors would do it...

                BTW - I am doing lots of cardio to lean out killa... and I never went into the game for the chicks, it's all pure love for the iron and getting as swole as possible. The chicks are just a side effect

                        Cardio will give you more endurance which will have the effect of giving you more strength and power. You look huge.. You know what I mean.. Nuff said... You can use that big arm like a club to beat the chicks off after doing that cardio though!!! LOL

                          Brah! - LMAO! - Enough! I am doing cardio... I do 20-30 mikes before training during the work week and seperate morning sessions for 60 mikes on the weekends - evening resistance training. Did you notice the sweat in those pics - on my shorts? Most are after weekend cardio... when I had a few minutes to take some photos...

                          I have brought my bodyfat down condsiderably in the last two months.

                          I am getting a bit tired and overtrianed from it all though and about to move on to a maintenance phase and then back on a growth curve... strength is starting to get effected more than I am comfortable with. I DO want to keep a tighter physique in the future though so when I cut again - I can get down to single digits with in 8-10 weeks if I wanted to...

                          And the chicks - I have no problem with them trust me... I get compliments quite frequently on my looks... I have a rather social job. Filtering through the ones with emotional issues [like my ex-wife] is my real problem - I seem to always fall for the knuckle heads

                            By the way - I understand this thoery too well. And I incorporate some cardio even in maintenance or bulking programs for similar reasons.

                            I also use a split (I use a split that incorporates three different intensities - GVT, POF, and Holistic) with some major intensity (holistic) worked in on alternateing training days for each muscle group - which works the muscle to full fatique (for the best hypertrophy response as well as muscular endurance and increased recover ability) by working large giant sets (meaning no RI's) alternating between fast-twitch and slow-twitch fibers. I have had people I do not even know come shake my hand after a session such as this to commend my intensity...
