  • Scorpions pic [02 low dose cycle]

    This is me last june after a super low dose cycle....

    wk 1-8 sustanon 250mgs/week
    wk 1-10 Tamox (nolva) 10mgs/ED

    I am 23 5'10" 165lbs.... approx 11-12%bf...I was on a stricked diet and doing cardio (when that pic was taken I was not doing cardio anymore for about 1 month and my diet was faultering

    I am guessing on my BF how much do you guys think it is?

    This years cycle again is low dose and is as follows

    wk 1-12 sustanon 250mgs every 4 days
    wk 1-14 Tamox 10mgs ED

    45min cardio 5days a week
    train 5-6days a week
    stick diet (approx 2200-2400cal day....150-200g protien,,,200-250carbs,,,30-45g fat....Eat every 3 hours)

    do you guys think if I stick with the cardio and stick diet this year I can get below 10%bf??

    you're pretty lean and look good. why so much cardio and little cals? why not bulk and go with 500mg/wk of test? just a thought. you can always cut down if you want. you have a good base and i would def bulk up if i was you.

      Im actually leaning to 500mgs week bigjim....no def decision yet though...I do so much cardio cause I have body dismorphia [lol] I used to be a little fatty when I was like 12-15 [now 23] has stuck with me I can't let a belly start growing or I'll flip...

        just up your cals but eat clean good cals. cut cardio to mwf of each week, and see how that works out.

            Get some mass on ur body man! No flame intended. Inorder to build muscle u need calories from carbs and fat, of course protein. U liv in Canada, so I know u aint walkin around without ur shirt in January :p

              no worries man.... I have different goals than you thats all , I don wanna be huge, in that pic I was 165lbs. I just wanna get to 175lbs @ 9-10%bf and I chillin...

                    With the definition you have I would guess that you are close to that 11-12% bf that you stated. Test at 500mg a week and don't change your routine you would be really happy with the results. You could also do 250mg again and through in some EQ for a leaner gain and more vascular look. Just my opinion.

                      thx first off....I am taking sustanon 250mgs every 4 days....which works out to approx 468mgs per week.....anyways to you think I can achive a more vascular look running what I currently am ...given diet and cardio???
