I ate all the time. I eat when I'm not hungry and eat more when I am hungry. I train to overload the muscle in the most productive way (i feel). Which is a rep range of 4-6. I only use to do 2 sets when I build mass. My theory is simple. Why give yourself 4 tries to get the job done? The most "common" way of lifting is 4 sets. I use more weight and less reps and train with intensity.

Supplements = Creatine, Glutamine, Multivitamin, Flaxseed oil, Udo's oil, MX7 (methoxyflavone) and protein shakes. I eat about 400gms of protein everyday and my eating is clean and consistent.

IT didn't come overnight, that's for sure.

        Great job man, very impressive.
"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination
alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."
        Calvin Collidge (1872-1933)
        30th U.S. President

No cycles? Just curious. It's always refreshing to see great natural gains.
